How to turn on Multi-Factor Authentication for Cloud Companion Application

Pre-requisites

Access to Workflow Modules Client
Must be an administrator of Microix to turn on MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
Valid email address for each web account user (email verification is only supported)

Navigate to Maintenance>Global Options>Global Settings, filter for GSID 403 and check the option.

How to Use:

Step 1.

Abila Cloud Hosting:

Navigate to https://microix.mip.com/webclient/

On Premise:

Navigate to the URL provide by your IT department http://localhost/microixcloud/

Step 2.

Enter login credentials.

Step 3.

Check email account for a six-digit verification code, once received, return to login page, and enter the code.
