How to add a user to the Barcode Application (MCS)

Pre-requisite – version 2021.001.5 or higher

Navigate to Maintenance>Users and follow steps below:

  1. Verify email address is valid
  2. Assign a badge ID. (NOTE: This can be a random 4 digit number if one does not exist and cannot be duplicated)
  3. Save changes and then click the barcode icon to add the user account
  4. Write the password assigned to the user account. User can change upon login if needed
  5. Click OK to completed the process

(NOTE: if your system is setup for multiple inventory locations, please send an email to support@microix.net to verify the user account was assigned to the correct Inventory location)
