How to add a user to the Barcode Application (MCS)
Pre-requisite – version 2021.001.5 or higher
Navigate to Maintenance>Users and follow steps below:
- Verify email address is valid
- Assign a badge ID. (NOTE: This can be a random 4 digit number if one does not exist and cannot be duplicated)
- Save changes and then click the barcode icon to add the user account
- Write the password assigned to the user account. User can change upon login if needed
- Click OK to completed the process
(NOTE: if your system is setup for multiple inventory locations, please send an email to
support@microix.net to verify the user account was assigned to the correct Inventory location)
