Unable to view attachments on web companion after update

Issue - On web companion the users were unable to view attachments, there was a blank screen on attachment form. Tried different browsers but still the same issue on both the server and workstations.

Resoln - Need to give at the Microix Cloud and the attachment permissions to IIS_ISURS
