Issue - Error when trying to view an attached file in their invoice. "Error in btnOpen: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Microix\Workflow Modules Web\Attachments\xxxxxx.pdf' is denied."
Resolution - On the IIS Server where the web application “MicroixCloud” resides. The installation path has a folder called “Attachments” this folder will need permissions to read and write for IIS_USER account.
