How Prevent Requesters from Accessing Budget Narratives when editing their Worksheets

Two Options available but are controlled by Workflow and not by requesters. This feature do not apply to approvers (level >0), they will continue to see narratives and be able to edit without any restrictions.

Allow salary data to be pushed to the budget worksheet but not include the salary details in the narratives. This option is set via the Workflow Option tab
Selectively choose which GL account cannot be edited. Any GL account specified will not allow requesters to see narratives or edit the budget. This option is setup by navigating to the Budget>Setup>Budget Worksheet Options menu (Workflows must include GL account restrictions to use this feature)
