Version 2021.001.3 Changes to Attachment

Due to some customers using Microix to route Microsoft Office documents around and allow Approvers needing the ability to edit these documents, we added a setting to rollback the attachment feature to pre v2021.

The preferred method for new deployment will continue to use the PDF option by default.  However, anyone choosing to revert will not be able to view Office documents on the MIP Cloud Servers.  Attachments other than PDF will be required to save to the local PC and viewed with a local copy of Microsoft Office.
