v2021 Microix Server Database Setup has stopped working

Issue: Downloaded the installer for Microix Workflow Modules v2021, un-zipped the files and ran the srvsetup.exe. file. Immediately , an error occurred stating the application stopped working:

- The .NET framework does not meet the minimum requirement of v 4.7.2. download and install the latest .NET framework 4.8 or higher.

- SQL CLR Pre-requisite is missing, download and install from Microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=100451

- VC ++ Pre-requisite is missing, download and install from Microsoft website:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
