How to automatically insert equivalent hours worked to a different earning code
Pre-requisite - this feature is intended for employees who clock in/out. It is not intended for staff who manually enter a timesheet.
How to automatically insert equivalent hours worked for staff who may get additional pay for hazard work or any other type of job that may generate additional pay.
- Create earning code in MIP for the differential pay, most likely it will be a rate multiplier or fixed hourly amount.
- Create shift differential rule in Microix and add it to the employee’s shift code
- Timesheet results
