Global Setting 125
Question:
Global option 125 - the following will be prohibited during the entry of an API invoice against a Microix encumbered purchase order
- Microix will prevent an amount greater than the Encumbered value in MIP (Per Line Item). Example: if the total ENC is $100 with two line of $50 each. Microix will prevent an AP invoice that is greater than $50 per line. If two invoices are created against the original ENC, both will be included to evaluate the over payment rule.
- Microix will prevent new line entry on an API linked to an encumbrance. This means no additional line can be added to the payment unless it is encumbered first. This includes shipping amount and or tax that are recorded as a separate line item which should be encumbered if this feature is turn on.
