In and Out board only shows 1 entry of the user.
In and Out board only shows 1 entry of the user.
Our in/out board will only show one entry for each employee even if they have multiple punch in the day. The purpose is to report if an employee is IN or OUT and not show the multiple entries in the day.
Example:
Employee A has an IN punch at 8:AM, if you view the IN/OUT board it will show the employee as IN. (single entry)
Employee A has an OUT punch at 11AM for lunch, when viewing the IN/OUT board it will show the employee as OUT (single entry)
Employee A has an IN punch at 12PM back from lunch, when viewing the IN/OUT board it will show the employee as IN (single entry)
