Ref: Time Clock Offline – Configuration Instructions for Microix Cloud Server
If your time clock is showing as offline or needs to be configured to connect to the Microix Cloud Server, please follow the steps below:
1. Verify Network Connectivity
From a local PC on the same network, open Command Prompt and type:
ping [TimeClock_IP_Address]
Ensure the time clock responds to the ping.
2. Configure Cloud Server Settings on the Time Clock
On the device, go to:
Main Menu > Comm > Cloud Server Settings
Confirm or enter the following:
Server Address: 104.208.142.88
Port: 80
3. Enable DHCP (Optional)
From the Comm menu, choose Ethernet or Wi-Fi (depending on your setup).
Set DHCP to ON if your network requires automatic IP assignment.
4. Verify Serial Number
Go to:
Main Menu > System Info > Device Info
Make sure the Serial Number is populated (not blank). If it is blank, please contact Microix Support
Firewall Note:
Port 4370 should be disabled for WAN (external internet) access.
