How to use a segment value from a shopping list item's distribution code

How to utilize a segment value from a shopping list item’s distribution code (Version 2018.001.6 or higher)

Enter the value “Seg_2” which represents your Department segment in MIP.




When you create a purchase order from the shopping list, the department value from the associated item’s distribution code will be used on the purchase order. If the distribution code has multiple lines, it will use the first row value and ignore the remaining lines of the distribution code.
