Windows PC will not recognize the barcode device when connected to USB port
Question:
Issue: After installing Windows 10 Creators update, our device failed to connected via Windows Mobile Sync Application
Resolution: Verify the Windows Mobile 2003 Service is running, if not check property and change the Log On to “Local System account”, also verify the Generic USB serial device was installed when the device is plugged in.
