To help make certain your needs can be met by our solution, please answer the following questions prior to coordinating this demo:

Q: Are you currently using MIP™ Fund Accounting software? 
If NO, then Microix will not be a good fit. Microix is not a stand-alone solution, as it only integrates with MIP™ Fund Accounting Software. 

Q:  If YES, are you using MIP Payroll Module? (REQURED for Microix Timesheet Module)     

Q: Are you currently using another Microix Module?

Q: Is your MIP currently in MIP Cloud, hosted with another provider or on-premise?

Q: Do you have a subscription or perpetual license of MIP? (This will determine if you will need subscription or perpetual license of Microix (pricing)

Q:  Which method are you interested in learning more about related to collecting/recording hourly employees time (can have a mix) ?   

• Web Timeclock?
• Biometric Timeclock? (Fingerprint or Facial recognition)
• Filling out a Timesheet using the “COLUMN” Format Enter number of hours per day?
• Filling out a Timesheet using the “ROW” Format Enter “in” and “out” format?
• Or a mix of these options

Q: How are salary employees recording time?

Q: Do you need hours to be charged to different funding sources?

Q: Do you need employees to request leave, view paystub and their employee information? 

Q: For staff using timeclocks, will they have access to a computer to enter leave requests or do will they request leave via another process?

Q: How many hourly employees? How many separate locations?
