HTML Approval is an optional Microix add‑on that allows designated approvers to review and approve documents directly from their email using a smartphone, tablet, or computer — without logging into Microix. This feature is designed for executives and managers who need quick, mobile-friendly approval access.

Requirements
HTML Approval works only if the approval link can reach the Microix application over the internet.
For on‑premise customers, their IT must expose the Microix IIS site to the WAN.
Microix Support does not configure external access.
If IT needs guidance, they must contact the Microix reseller.
If the customer is hosted in MT Cloud, WAN access is already enabled, so HTML Approval works immediately.

Do we need to repurchase HTML Approval for more than 5 databases?
Yes. Licensing is based on database count in groups of five.

No. It only supports approval actions.
