Microix Modern Installation and Activation Process Based on Order Type

New MIP & New Microix AND Existing MIP Client -New Microix Modern Order (Hosted in MIP MT Cloud)

1. Microix Processes the Order

Microix processes the new order and adds the client’s NPS NumberNote: The NPS Number is required. If it is not available at the time the order is placed, it must be provided to Microix as soon as it becomes available.

2. MIP Provisions Microix Modern in MIP MT Cloud

When the client is ready to begin Microix Services, MIP provisions the Microix Modern environment in the client’s MIP MT Cloud instance.

3. MIP Notifies Microix

Once provisioning is complete, MIP notifies Microix that the Modern environment is ready for registration. Notification should be sent to:salesteam@microix.net

4. Microix Registers the Product

Microix completes the registration process for the client’s Microix Modern environment.

5. Welcome Email Sent to the Consultant

After registration, Microix sends the Welcome Email (from donotreply@microix.ai) to the consultant who will be providing the Microix Services. This email includes login instructions and password setup for accessing the Modern environment.

New MIP & New Microix AND Existing MIP Client With a New Microix Modern Order (On-Premise)

1. Microix Processes the Order

Microix processes the new order and adds the client’s NPS Number. Note: The NPS Number is required. If it is not available at the time the order is placed, it must be provided to Microix as soon as it becomes available.

2. MIP Notifies Microix to Begin Microix Services

MIP notifies Microix when the client is ready to begin Microix Services and provides the organization’s IT contact information. Microix will then reach out to the organization’s IT team to schedule the Microix Modern installation.

3. Microix Registers the Product

After installation, Microix completes the registration process for the client’s Microix Modern environment.

4. Welcome Email Sent to the Consultant

Once registration is complete, Microix sends the Welcome Email (from donotreply@microix.ai) to the consultant who will be providing the Microix Services. This email includes login instructions and password setup for accessing the Modern environment.

Modern Product Registration-Existing Microix Modern Client -Add-On

Microix Processes the Modern Add‑On Order

  • The system will automatically register the product the next day. However, the Microix Admin may register it the same day by navigating to: Maintenance > User Maintenance > Product Registration
  • If Microix Services are tied to the add‑on, the assigned Microix Consultant will reach out to schedule the first meeting session.
  • IMPORTANT: If the client purchased Modern Add‑On(s) but is not yet on Modern, they must submit an Upgrade Requestto begin the upgrade process before Modern services can be delivered.
