Can Microix be configured to manage ongoing Journal Entries with approval before posting to MIP?

Q: Can Microix be used for ongoing Journal Entry transfers?
A: Yes. While it’s not a common use case, some clients do use Microix for ongoing Journal Voucher (JV) transfers—particularly when an approval workflow is required. This setup provides added visibility and control before journal entries are posted to MIP.

Q: How does the JV process work within Microix’s PO module?
A: Staff must manually enter both sides of the transaction (Debit and Credit) when recording JV entries. They are also responsible for ensuring the entries are balanced prior to submission. See screen shot below.
