Modern Version Web License
Policy
- Every
user must be assigned a Web License.
- Licenses
from inactive users will be released and made available for reassignment.
- If no
Web Licenses are available, the customer must either:
- Purchase
additional Web Licenses, or
- Deactivate
users who are no longer using the system.
- Classic
Web Packs are transferable to the Modern Version and continue to be called
Web Packs (WPL).
- Classic
Concurrent User License is transferable to the Modern Version as follows:
- Subscription: 1
license converts to 1 Converted Web License (CWL)
- Perpetual: 1
license converts to 1 Converted Web License (CWL)
Important: To avoid any price increases (for both Subscription
and Perpetual plans), converted licenses (CWL) must be maintained for a
minimum of one (1) year.
Setup of Users and Roles
- Customer
is responsible for sets up and manages each user’s access rights.
- Customers
have full control to add or deactivate users at any time within the
application.
- The
system automatically enforces license limits based on the number of Web
Licenses purchased.
- User
access is determined by assigned roles, which may include:
- Administrator
- Approver
- Requester
- Custom
/ User-Defined Roles
Billing Structure
Billing will be tracked using
two product codes:

- Customers
requiring additional licenses must purchase WPL (Web Pack
Licenses).
- CWL
(Converted Web License) entries will appear on billing statements for
tracking purposes but cannot be purchased directly.
