✅ Upgrade Eligibility

To qualify (for both new and existing clients), the organization must:

• Own Requisition only

• Be hosted in MIP Multi-Tenant (MT) Cloud

• Own a web pack (or be willing to add one)

Clients who meet the above and are actively engaged with Microix Professional Services may also upgrade if they fall into one of these phases:

• Discovery Phase (New Clients)

• Implementation Phase (Training not yet started)

• Post or Refresher Training (Existing Clients)

🚀 How to Upgrade

If your client is eligible:

• Have the client Visit the What’s New page

• Click Request/Schedule, then submit the form to reserve an upgrade slot

• To schedule a demo of Modern Requisition, emailsales@microix.net

🛠️ Microix Will Take Care Of:

• Performing the upgrade (typically outside business hours)

• Connecting the hosted MIP Cloud to the Modern Microix environment

• Eliminating the need for RDP—users access via a modern browser

• Converting concurrent and Cloud Companion web licenses into Modern web licenses

• Coordinating with your CAM for any additional license (if needed)

Modern License Sharing Reminder:

• 25 web licenses shared across 3 databases means no more than 25 total active users

• A single user accessing 3 databases will use 3 licenses

👥 Administrator Tools in Modern

• Manage users (add, remove, edit)

• Reassign licenses

• Send welcome emails from within the interface

🔑 Setup & Login

Users will receive:

• Direct access to the Modern Microix interface

• Simple, step-by-step login instructions

🎓 Optional Post-Training Support(for clients not currently in Professional Services)

Role-based Modern Requisition training is available for:

• Admins|AP

• Requesters

• Approvers
