✅Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the upgrade:

• Hosted in MIP MT Cloud
• Perpetual clients: Must be migrated to MIP MT Cloud
• Subscription clients: Already hosted in MIP MT Cloud
• Requisition Module Ownership
• Must currently own and be live with the Requisition Module only
• Option is available if the client is currently in implementation under Classic (sold as Classic), training has not yet started, and the client is interested in upgrading.  The client or consultant will submit a request to upgrade to Modern using the instructions under 'If Eligible'.  We recommend that the client schedule a demo or preview by emailing sales@microix.net

• No RDP or traditional client needed — simply log in via a modern web browser

• Convert concurrent licenses to web licenses
• Connect you with your CAM if more licenses are needed

👥Administrator Features

Microix Modern gives your admins more control:

• Add, remove, and update users
• Reassign licenses
• Send welcome emails directly from the interface

🔑Setup & Login

Users will receive onboarding emails with:

• Direct links to the Modern Microix User Interface
• Step-by-step login instructions

🎓Optional Post-Training (If currently not in implementation and training not started)  

• Role-based training is available for:
• Admins
• Requesters
• Approvers

• Use the Requisition Purchase Order Module Modern Quick Start Guide - Mar25 to assess training needs.  A customizable Word version is available upon request.
• Request a quote if training is needed.
