Global Settings control application-wide business rules and determine how Microix behaves based on an organization's operational requirements.
When troubleshooting an issue that affects all users review the applicable Global Setting to determine whether a business rule is controlling the behavior.
Global Settings are organized by Module and Category. Each setting has a unique GSID that can be used to identify the rule.
Important: Global Settings can affect application behavior for multiple users and workflows. Review the purpose of a setting before making changes.
