Microix Modern PO Trial Period – FAQs

Q: What is included in the Modern PO trial? 

A: The trial includes access to Invoice Capture, Bank Feed, and Travel Reimbursement (New Add-ons)


Q: How long is the trial period?

A: 60 days


Q: When does the trial period begin ?
A: The trial begins once the client has access to the Modern software.


Q: When does the trial period end for clients currently on Modern?
A: The trial period ends in July.


Q: Should the client add implementation hours if they want consultant support during the trial?
A: Yes, please include 1 hour each for the consultant to assist with setup and a guided walkthrough during the trial.


Q: How are the trial features removed from the client’s account?
A: After the trial period ends, Microix will disable access on the back end if the client chooses not to proceed with the add-ons.


Q How can I tell if a client is on Modern?

A: Run the Microix client report- If the report header appears in blue (rather than green) and includes a Modern activation code, that indicates the client is currently on the Modern version.


Q: Can the client move forward with purchasing one or more before, during, or after the trial period?
A: Yes, the client may proceed with purchasing at any stage—before, during, or after the trial. Please ensure a demo is provided in advance and that recommended setup hours for each selected add-on are clearly communicated in the quote.
