To qualify for the upgrade:

  • βœ”οΈ Environment: On-Premise or MIP MT Cloud Hosted
  • βœ”οΈ Must own a Web Pack

πŸ”§ Step 1: Microix Upgrade (After Hours – Minimal Impact)

  • Modern Module Migration (~30 mins)
  • Attachment Extraction (~5 mins per 5,000 attachments)

  • System paths and permissions setup
  • Move attachments to permanent location
  • ⚠️ Possible brief interruption to requisition or attachment access during this step
