How to Update Microix Cloud (Web) Companion
Step 1: On your IIS/Web Server - Right Click on "MicroixCloud" - Manager Application - Advance Settings to check the default File Location.




Step 2: Download "wfmcloudpatch.exe" from ftp://www.microix.com/workflowmodules_2017/WebCompanionApp/Patch/
and web.config from ftp://www.microix.com/workflowmodules_2017/WebCompanionApp/Misc/ on your IIS/Web Server.

Note: Please contact Microix Support to get the user name and password.

Note:
If you are on Microix Cloud version 2018.001.4 and below:
Backup and delete all the files within your "microixcloud" directory and follow steps 3-4.
If you are on Microix Cloud version 2018.001.5 and above:
Replace the existing files with the patch your downloaded, Please follow step 3.
You can find your Microix Cloud version at the bottom left corner of the page when you are logged in.

Step 3: Double Click on the download and select the default location to extract the files










4. Copy the webconfig file you downloaded and replace it the Microix Cloud Folder, Remember to point it to your SQL Server and Microix Database.



This completes Microix Cloud Companion Update.
